Panel bits were created to be used with a pilot guide to assist when cutting out holes in thin panels.

  • TOOL SPECS: Carbide-tipped, single flute, pilot plunge point panel bit with 1/4" cutting diameter, 3/4" cutting length, 1/4" shank, and 2-5/8" overall length for use with 1/4" collets.
  • APPLICATION: Designed specifically for window and door cutouts in industrial markets, RV manufacturing, and construction. For use in a factory setting or on the jobsite. Handheld router only.
  • PLUNGE POINT: 'V' shaped tip allows rapid plunging through panels or siding.
  • PILOT GUIDE: Features a solid steel pilot guide for following panels, framing, or templates. Ensures a clean, straight cut that matches the shape being cut out.
  • SINGLE FLUTE: Single flute bits provide excellent chip clearance for faster feed rates and higher material removal, improving efficiency and performance.
  • CARBIDE TIPPED: Premium, micrograin carbide provides longer tool life while the rigid steel shank adds strength and durability.
