Mortise bits are a must have for cutting out small pockets commonly known as mortises. Featuring a short down shear flute for a finished top edge, these bits are recommended for cutting mortises on door hinges.

  • TOOL SPECS: Two flute, carbide-tipped, mortising straight bit with 5/8" cutting diameter, 3/4" cutting length, 1/4" shank, and 2-1/8" overall length for use with 1/4" collets.
